With a reduction it all depends.
Some do a Free Nipple Graft, which removes the nipple completely.
With my reduction, I did not have a Free Nipple Graft.

There are several different methods used in cosmetic surgery, depending on the circumstances, and the dr and the patient consult to discuss, and decide which method to use.
One of the methods is to make an incision around the nipple area. The surgeries I've seen on tv, using this method, appear to have the entire nipple removed, and then stitched back, once the procedure is complete. I seriously doubt the nipple would be stored on ice. More likely the nipple would be placed in some sort of fluid, which would help keep the skin alive, and everything sterile.
I'm not expert, just my own observation.

For implants, it depends on the procedure. It's more common to make an incision under the breast to insert the implants. For reductions, I believe they take the nipples off.

First of all all the pills are pure scams and if you think that surgery is the only option to grow your bust, then you have mistaken. I was so close going with surgery and I would have regretted it. Check out this book on how to increase your breast size by 2 cup naturally: "Boost Your Bust" by Jenny Bolton, online version @ http://www.burstboost.com
It's about what foods and supplements you need to take, about exercises etc. It took just under 4 weeks for me to gain one cup size taking me from a B cup to a C cup. At 6 weeks I had seen even more improvement and was a very full C... I decided to keep going for another week as it would take me to a D cup which was my goal to start with. The best part is that my breasts look natural unlike implants.

I guess you are so bore that you are fantasizing about all kinds of things and asking questions to get answers. First you claimed you are 13, a virgin and want to try sex as your friends already have, then another posting you are on birth control pills, then next posting you have a hubby, now this posting you have a partner and a baby who turns you on when you're breastfeeding? That's not normal. Unless you do have a husband at the age of 13 and have a baby, then you are just a freaky weirdo with no life.

Not generally during implants. Depending on the reduction, they may move them. They may move them during a lift as well, or reconstructive surgery. They aren't generally detached long enough to put them anywhere - it's a matter of moving them, not *re*moving them - and it all depends on the individual breast. Sometimes they don't do it at all.
They move navels, too. In case you didn't know.

Depends on the doctor sometimes they do remove the nipple and they do replace it. That method seems to be the best when you want no scar. Under the breast will leave a small but long scar.
