We are tearing down a 125 year old barn, and there is tons of nice old wood, both planks and huge hand hewn beams. We have plans for a few things, including a 10 by 20 greenhouse/shed, some benches, and a few bookcases. But we will still have lots of beams, planks and siding left. Any ideas?

your barnwood, planed, would make a lovely flooring... there's folks who will pay major money for such, too!... don't be too quick to use up or unload what you have there!!!.... Magazines, like 'This Old House' may have an ad section where you could place an ad for the wood's sale....and look here....

and find out a little more about what you have....

the planks and siding you could build some bird houses and sell them at flea markets, people really seem to love the old wood look now days. The beams you could list on a free site such as craigslist and sell them if you can't use them.

Make benches and sell them at craft shows.Take a picture of the barn and let them know that the wood came from it to build the bench.I love old barns don't you....?

Bird houses, bird feeders.I see them at every craft sale and people pay a fortune for them.Use old hinges, old door latches etc to decorate them.
A chest would be lovely with big brass hinges and lock.
A wall in one room of your house is also a good idea for the barn boards. or even a bar.
