I am a big fan of both Stepehen King's & Dean Koontz's books. Can you recommend another author who writes similar books?

These are my two most favourite authors!!! I don't think any other author could even compare to these two. The best thing to do to find new authors is go to the library and find horror authors that have a lot of books available on the shelves. There will be a little symbol on the spine of the book that will tell you if it is horror. I read many books by many different authors but I have to say no other author has written a book that has stayed in my mind.

Stephen King defiently. he's so gifted. i like his mini sequence akin to Kingdom Hospital and The Stand. I love getting over excited in his books too. The films are fairly fascinating as you'll be able to inform. He is solely some thing new than all of the identical horror film/ booklet stuff. He bottles your mind and makes you feel in an completely otherwise means. He's wonderful. WEll, in any case that is my opinion

Robert R McCammon is the on par with both King and Koontz
All three are excellant story tellers
Read his "Swan Song" as a first time.

I like Mary Higgins Clark, for suspense and thrillers...i recommend any book of hers to everyone =).
