Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota has:
Four floors
Over 520 stores
An amusement park
Legoland
Hooters
Other fast food establishments
Rainforest Cafe (a good place for a sit down to eat!)
Most stores are on all the floors though
The fourth floor is just Hooters and a movie theater I think

I think 4, BUT, it has a full size roller coaster in it.. So that should tell you
