No. remember that lasers are a beam of coherent light. To make this you need to have a system of stimulated emission and population inversion of an atomic system or a pn semiconductor sort of thing. We don't have this in our eyes and its pretty impossible to have them there. So no eye lasers sorry.

keep on dreaming our eyes are made to receive images using the laws of refraction till the images get on the retina on are processed in the brain so i think this is science fiction
