Recently I saw Lethal Weapon 2 on tv. There is a scene in which Danny Glover and Mel Gibson find a bag full of drug money in a cargo container. Danny Glover picks up a wad of cash and says "I can put my kids thru college with this." Mel Gibson turns to Danny Glover and states "why don't you take it...do something good with it." Of course Glover refuses. If you were Glover, would you honestly take it???

Come on man!! -- Heck yeah I'd take it!! Do you think the police are going to give it to charity. Honest cops will put it in a holding facility/dishonest cops will act like they never found it and pocket it. If you don't want to spend it on yourself/your family then you should find a charity to give it to. The money will be much better utilized if you take it no matter what.

No. I wouldn't want anything to do with drug money. Like P J said, it would have been made in exchange for human blood.
If I found a bunch of drug money, I might go crazy and do my best Three Stooges routine, then stick a gun in the bad guys' faces. Then, I'd turn in the money to the authorities.

why does it matter that its drug money
what if you didnt even know that it was
used for that... ppl find money all the time
if you find a couple bucks on the street
it could belong to a stripper or prostitute
as long as youre using it for good reasons
thats all that matters. money has been everywhere

Easy question...yes, I would take it. Nobody knows whether somebody died for it or not (that's an assumption that Hollywood has instilled in everybody...that, and the useless War on Drugs)...

No, I wouldn't. The money was made illegally, and people probably died for that money. I would leave it on the doorstep of a church or anonymously donate it to a local charity.

I would take money...Its for a good cause! your helping the government by not letting people get drugs...And you get to spend it :D happyness all around!
