Yes, if you do it too much without lubrication then you could chafe and tear the skin of the penis and that hurts even when your just sweating from working out or whatever because it burns.
But as for permanent dangerous no, in fact some study's have proven that regular masturbation helps prevent prostate cancer!

of course not. everyone does it. have you ever heard about someone dying from masturbating? or even getting sick? the only risk you run is damaging the flesh on your particular body part if you are aggressive with it. that will heal. where did you get this notion? parents? yer parents do it too. it is not a filthy act and your hands won't get hairy and you won't go blind.

no masturbation cannot be dangerous....its healthy. when you masturbate you explore what feels good for you and what doesnt feel good. its totally normal and its not dangerous in any way.

I don't see how it could be unless you're hurting yourself while doing it. Its perfectly natural and normal. You can't catch anything and you can't get anyone pregnant. Enjoy.
