That was the lamest action ever. Let's show how upset we are with France by omitting the word french from our vocabulary.

Did anybody really care. If you really wanted to slap France in the face you should have defaced and returned the statue of liberty.

No, the new French President is supposed to be more agreeable than the last. The whole Idea was stupid in the first place. Like little children some members of Congress didn't get their way so they wanted to change the French fries in the Capitol cafeteria to Freedom fries. How juvenile can they get?

By the way French fries and French toast were not originated in France but Belgium. The French horn originated in England. French pastries are derived originally from Denmark.
