depends on who you're looking for... a lot of the UFC fighters are on there and a lot of actors and such... you can tell which ones are real by how often you see them on... if not too often you know it's the real deal (they're a little busy to be on the Internet 24 7) I also know a lot of wrestlers are on there... most of them say it right off the bat you just have to investigate the actual pages and you'll be able to tell... another way is to look through their pics if they're only of professional shots it most likely isn't them but if you see some personal ones ( like Cena has pics from bbqs and parties with his family) then it's the real deal
