I was working a temp Christmas job for Sam Goodie music stores one year near Asbury Park NJ, when in walks Bamm Bamm Bigelow. I was the only wrestling fan working there and he was hard to miss w/ all those tats on his head. He didn't even attempt to hide them. He was with a friend of his who seemed to keep a sharp eye on me as I approached.
"Pardon me, sir are you...?"
"Yep I'm Bamm Bamm."
"I thought so. How can I help you?"
"Got any Elvis Christmas albums?"
"Let's find out."
I led him to some of the seasonal albums, and on the way to the section I asked him if he was having a match somewhere locally. Back then, wwf used to do house shows from Asbury Park. He told me he was going up against Bret Hart for the title. By this time he found what he wanted, thanked me and went up to the counter to pay for his music.
I left him alone after that. I thought to myself, "Poor guy probably gets asked for autographs all the time, and might be sick of it by now. Besides, I don't have a pen on me."
After hearing about his death, I couldn't help but recall this. I guess it's just natural. You always remember a brush with celebrity.

I once met William Regal (he was Lord Steven Regal at the time), when I was an assistant manager for CVS Pharmacy in the Metro-Atlanta city of Fayetteville. He was taking his children to see a movie, and stopped in to pick up sodas and candy. He was a nice, friendly man and didn't mind taking a few minutes to talk to me about his experience in both WCW and WWE. I also met Paul Orndorff, again in Fayetteville. He used to own the bowling alley. He wasn't overly nice, but he wasn't a total jerk either.

Well I got a couple of autographs I met K-Knik and he was nice, Crash he spent some time and I started talking to me and my friends about the hardcore title, APA was fun I yelled out something like smoke cigars and they laughed. The Rock was the closest he greeted and everyone and talked for a few. Real good stuff this happened back like around 2001.

Oh man, I've met a few but the best ever was Mick Foley.
He was at a Rochester Red Wings games (AAA baseball, in my hometown rochester, ny) He was signing autographs before the game and from the 7th inning stretch til everyone left. So I went out with my dad and brother and we were talking to him because no one else was out there. He is probably one of the most sincere, relaxed, down to earth person i have ever met. He was genuinely nice and had a blast talking to us about wrestling and writing, and his family.
best expirience ever!

I met:
*Matt Hardy*: He was really sweet and cute! I met him in 2005 after he was fired and he was the sweetest person ever!
*Batista*: He seemed really tired and uncomfortable... He was nice though... and he called me "hun"!
*Chris Masters*: He was really really really nice! It's a long story but when he was leaving from the autograph signing my cousin and I were the only ones smart enough to wait by the door that he would leave through so we could wave goodbye to him. When he came he had a lot of people following him asking for another autograph and such and we just waved and said "bye Chris, Thanks for coming!" and he waved back at us and said "bye, thanks guys!". It was so weird!
*The Miz*: I met him the day after I met Chris Masters and I told him I was his biggest fan! lol! He was kinda cocky but still nice. My cousin and I did it again and waited for The Miz to come in the building (we knew where he would come in because of the previous day with Chris Masters) and shouted "HOOOOORAAHHH!" and he did the rock on symbol!
*Candice*: She was really sweet to all the fans and she shook my hand
*Rey Mysterio*: Rey gave me a mean look, I have no idea why! He was really nice to my mom though!
I met all of them at autograph signings in Northern California, and in a couple of days MVP is coming really close to where I live... do you think I should go and meet him?!
