Your computer is slow because you are using HP Software that has Windows on it, along with so much junk that they add it is scary.
Go to Wally World and buy a Fresh Clean Copy of Windows and Install it and your problems will be gone along with all the unnecessary junk they add to make it proprietary

how much HP bloatware do you have.(there software)
how much of it do you use ?
99.9% of third party software is just taking up room and using ram.
if it shows in add & remove get shot of it.
i have a brand new acer which has loads of third party junk(empowering tek) its junk get shot of it.
