The best way for you to assist her is to let her explore herself without fear of being judged(not sugesting that she is). She may need re-assurances that it's ok to touch herself. Use clitorial stimulation by using your or her finger. It is a very sensitive spot so very little pressure should be used. The thing I am wondering about is why you are wanting to do this without having sex, but that remains the mystery in this. That is the main thing to do. Hopefully you both know where that is.
