Also be aware that you used a capital B when you spelled Blogger.

A blogger (small b) is one who has and writes in a blog. There are lots of places that host blogs though, but one of them is Google who's blog site is called Blogger (capital B). Blogger is one of the largest blogs, Word Press is another, and there are also lots of "social networking" sites like MySpace and Xanga which can also function as blogs.

If you're wanting to know more though about creating a blog *at Blogger* in particular, why don't you edit your question above so that people can respond more specifically?

Yahoo also has a blog site, it is part of the 360 pages.
You can go there by following this link:
http://360.yahoo.com/

But before you make a blog, read other peoples blogs, on many blog sites you can just go from one blog to an other.
See what people write, do you like it, remember.
Do you think it is boring, try to do different.

If you are very young, (just in your teens,) talk it over with a responsible older person, your parents would be best, but a friend, older sibling or a teacher can also guide you. This is to protect your own safety, as it is easy to put too much personal information on internet.

And think about how often you can and want to blog. I have a blog myself, but I find it hard to find the time to write on it.

Added:
Whether you write it on Yahoo 360 or on Blogger, my advice above stays.
On Blogger you find a link to join on each page, follow it and you get instructions how to join.

A blog is just an online journal. You post your thoughts and photos, and it saves them by date. You can use a blogging utility like blogspot.com, or you can just launch a website on a freebie server like Tripod.com and just post a new essay every day or whenever. Tripod also offers a free blogging utility that lets people respond to your blog posts.

I think teens blog too much. There's something wrong with you if you want strangers to read your innermost thoughts. You should only blog if the information will be useful to someone else.
