You Dont. I have love for my husband but I dont love him. We have 3 boys and I have asked him for a divorce 4 time since 2005. Each time he used sex to turn it around or got the kids involved either way he say he loves me more then he has loved any other woman and he will kill himself if we divorved. The first time it scared me. when he said it the 2nd time I was like whatever do what you have to do. But I was having an affair and I wanted to be with the other man so desperately. Recently we did the same thing and had the same out come. He left and I did not call but eventually he showed up and begged me to stay. I think this man is crazy, and it is becasue he is so used to what he has at home. He is afriad of what is out there. Black men are severly insecure. I am still married and I do not see my other guy. I have asked God to help me mak me a better person and everything else around me will change. Becasue wether they want to leave you or not your destiny will be fulfilled. All you have to do is play your role and be faithful an pary. God Bless You!

Is there someplace safe you and your child can go? A friend's house or maybe a relative? Can you move out of the town you're living in? If you are afraid he'll hurt you or your child, you can get an emergency restraining order, which may scare him into thinking more clearly about how he's acting. But it's just a piece of paper, so be very careful and observant of your surroundings. If he has made any threats against you or your child, call the police. they can help. If you can get away and settle elsewhere, you may be able to charge him with stalking if he keeps coming around. You may want to talk to an attorney. Good luck.

File papers for legal separation and temporary custody/child support. Hire a lawyer if need be. Move out and get on with your life. You are unhappy, he isn't making you happy and maybe he should have tried to change 3 months ago.

I would try talking to him first and explain to him that he is making you uncomfortable and acting irrational, suggest a therapist or even marriage counseling to ease the transition. If he still acts crazy after that, get a protective order for you and your daughter that stipulates monitored visits for him and your daughter until the divorce is final.

DANG!!! I think you are going to have to get some legal help because he sounds obsessed...you have to be careful because women have died behind men that had this"if I can't have you no one can" mentality...some men have too behind obsessed women...Consult a lawyer to see what your options are...Peace.
