brown spots on bottom of tomatoes whats wrong with my plants and is there anything i can use to fix this?

Sounds like blossom end rot (black bottom rot). This is normally caused by inadequate/uneven watering. It may also be a lack of calcium in the soil. You cannot save the tomatoes that are already infected, but you can change watering to evenly doing so and add calcium at the bottom of the stem and work it into the soil before watering.
