There are lots of Harley-D enthusiast circles in Japan. They are usually over 30 yrs old.
They drive together outskirts of big cities at the end of the week.

They seem to be 'Easy Rider's. Actually they should be influenced with Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper, and love rock'n roll. But I didn't see that they act like 'Bikers' in the U.S. (where I saw Bikers in FL.)

Vintage harleys are very expensive here, shovel heads, hammer heads etc. So I think they are old and rich people who can own and keep a motorcycle(s) and a car(s),
and most of them customize their harleys like you saw in youtube.

In contrast to those old rich people who loves harley, young people rides 'Big scooter' dressed with bling-bling accessories. I don't like young ones.

There is a subculture in Japan that enjoys really riding ratty old bikes-sort of the motorcycle version of the rat-rod.
