That depends on what you like and what you're interested in. Do something your passionate about and forget about what you will make. If you did something you hate and you make good money you wont be happy. But also do something that you can even find a job in.
Teachers enjoy their job most of the time. I have never spoke to a teacher that hated what they do. If you decide with police officer make sure thats what you really want to do because the job is hard, and dangerous.
Speak to an academic advisor and try to plot a path. For the first year of college you dont necessarily have to choose a major yet, so just get you core classes done and think hard about what you want to do.

Go to a web site like www.assessment.com and take the career survey for students. To get the results cost ~$20, but that is a small price to pay vs going through 4 years of school only to come out making the wrong choice.
This isn't a right or wrong test - it's a test of how well you would fit into different work scenario's based on your personality. Then they provide you with a list of jobs that best match your personality etc.. It's really amazing.
I wish I had something like this before I went to college. Like you I had no clue, I went into something that seemed cool at the time. By the time I got out, I hated it.

your 18? it would be weird if you knew what you want to do. You dont go to college to figure out what you want to do, you go to figure out who you are. Most of the people who gradutae college dont go into the feild they studyed in.
Take me for example, i majored in psychology, and now i work at a market research firm. Those two couldnt be any further from eachother.
Take a few classes that seem interesting and see which one you like. Then go down that path, graduate, get a job. If you dont like what your doing, most jobs will pay for you to go back to school. Also dont forget to have fun, college is the best 4 years of your life, dont waste them thinking about what your gonna do with the rest of your life

Do you want to pack a gun or pack a lunch?
Good thing about teachers, you can have an impact on people; you don't have wierd hours and you are not subject to call at all hours of the night; no on-call; summers free. Teaching is as exciting as you make it.

teachers don't make crap. Police have a dangerous job but you start around $45,000 and after your first you bump up to $54,000.
Go with a police officer.
