My back gets real tight and before I was pregnant I would lay face down on the floor and my husband would push down on my spine up and down until it cracked. It always cracked....ALOT and it felt so much better afterwards. I know I can not do it the same way but is there a way to do it without putting pressure on my abdomen that would be safe?

Ok, just to clarify...
I am not saying I want to do it the same way as before but remember when you were younger and you would cross your arms and someone would pick you up?

Sure, just dont pinch a nerve. You can actually go to the chiropracter while pregnant.

Most insurance covers it.. if not its generally like 40 bucks a visit.. not too bad. And it'll feel good later in pregnancy.

That does not sound safe for you or the baby. The best advice that I can give is to call your doctor. Ask if it would be safe to see a chiropractor who can correctly adjust you safely.

Best of luck!

Ask your obgyn...

When I got past 6 months, my back cracked LOUDLY, just walking or flipping over in bed (like the big sea cow that I was).
