How do you feel when you're looking hot and bump into an ex?

Is it a feeling of "Look what you ain't got now?"

Is it a satisfying feeling? what would you say it is?

It depends on if I was the dumpee or if he was.

If he dumped me then I feel great,
like I can show off and say,
"see, Im doing great without you, why did I ever waist my time?"

But if I dumped him,
then I guess it doesnt matter.
I just dont want to see him looking better because that obviously means that he didnt much care, or that he's gotten over me faster than I wanted him to.

If it was a mutual break up, then its good to me.
Mostly because it was the right thing to do and we both agreed on it, it shouldnt matter if you look better or worse than you did to start with.


So I guess that you could say ya.
It is like a satisfying feeling.
At least I cant think of anything better to call it.

U still have feeling for your ex. I know how you feel when my ex dump me I was depress for awhile. He was cheated on me and he never told me that the person he cheated on me with was his best friend who was his ex girlfriend and now his girlfriend. When we see them with another woman our old feeling which we think we put them away come out and we're too embarass and shock to say a word to them.

Awsome! I see my ex wife about twice a month when I drop off the kids for her weekend visitation. She has gained wieght, has no money for nice clothes and looks a lot older.
Me on the other hand work out almost daily have lots of money and dress me and my kids in top quality clothes.
It is definetly nice to rub it in her face.
And yes very satisfying. Mainly because I told her she couldn't make it on her own, and the "I told you so factor" is very satisfying.

I'm not full of myself, i couldn't really care less if they thought i was really goodlooking or not, I just act normal with the exes i don't care about.. but then two of my exes say they still love me. Maybe the not caring makes them want you even more. Which in turn is satisfying to know you are wanted and even more so to know the ***** made a mistake walking out on you. :). lol. So yeh it feels good to look good but i wouldn't let them know that ;).

Satisfying, yeah, but in a way that shows you were able to move on and your world didn't stop just cuz your relationship went down the drain. I call it a humility injection for an ex.

That is a wonderful thought and question. I would hate to bump into an ex now. I have MS and I don't really want to see anyone at all.

A lot of people would have that feeling and reaction as expecting the ex to feel regret and sorrow for failing to perform in a relationship to your expectations. It is part of the normal healing process. When you are really over the relationship, you can care less what that other person thinks.

My ex & I sometimes chose to throw each other down for an hour or so before going back into our today lives! She's a real nice distraction every now & then!!!

Sadly, I cannot say that I ever was 'looking hot'. But, if ever I were, I doubt I would care what she would think nor try to rub it into their face. If one were to do so, the individual would only come across as a bitter person, pathetically harboring resentment towards a past love.
