Mine is private and I still get them (although less so), so fine, if people want to screw about with me, I can't stop them, and Yahoo certainly won't - they've proved that time and time again.
So we start again don't we? Sometime tonight will be my 97th question, will I get suspended before I reach 100? Who knows? who cares? It won't stop me, and it shouldn't stop you either. Besides I love your NIF questions - but I am still confused about you going against the NIF regulations in all your avatar images, although I suppose that, that would be just asking for trouble with some of the idiots around here.

And violations can be for the silliest things, especially when compared to some of the antics some people pull here in P&S and others.
I usually know when I post a Q or A when I've written 'questionable' things and normally avoid them.
I believe the frequency, severity and content of the violations effect suspensions; a few mild ones a month or a week may be OK, but nobody really knows what the rules are, do we?

I think you have most of your bases well covered now.I have been private almost a week now because of the six violations I received on Saturday.I haven't received one violation, knock on wood. You already know that no matter what you do,the violations still come because of other peoples discontent and misery.Just keep on keeping on.

I just did that today, getting on private mode. No more Mr. Nice guy. You've got no idea how many emails full of "Love" I've received in the last 24 hours.
Now the trolls can kiss my ***. I'm no longer allowing everyone to become my fan. It's the only way this account is going to survive.
I strongly suggest you to do the same thing. Go on private mode.

My Q&A is on private, and I've never been deleted and only got 2 violations my entire time here , and I've been here since February.
So yes, privacy does help.

I hope you time is not done here. You just might need to take a week or so off and maybe the trolls will find a new target. I know it is annoying,( I am on my 4th account) but the laughs I get here are definitely worth the aggravation.

People can still see them on the main pages, even if they're private... The just can't go to your page & go through questions you've asked & answered unless they're your contact
My page is private & I still get violations left & right...... Just start making back-ups.... use a different name to start out if you need to.

if you put you Q&A's private for a while it helps... but when you get a violation the people that answer your questions get one too, and then if you put your contacts private too, then you have to do your contacts over....hope that made sense good luck Roz

Privet is only a half solution though because there is still a way in. I won't mention it here so as not to give anyone ideas but I have done it myself.

All of us are at risk for suspension.
Put your Q&A and Network on private.
Do it now. Hurry.
It slows them down A LOT.
