I was dilated to 2 and 100% effaced for 2 weeks before going into labor. I was dilated to 3 for 1 week. My doctor told me this was totally normal.

Days or weeks. I was 2 cm dilated for abour 4 weeks. I was induced at the end because I was 2 weeks over my due date !!! The only thing you can do is take it easy and be patient ( I know it´s easier said than done )

You can be at 2 for a while, I was dilated to 3 from 28 weeks to 35 weeks when they decided to induce me. So it could be a month or more, depending on how far along you are, or it could be today or tomarrow. No one really knews, when your baby wants to come, he/she will!

Every woman is different, however I was at 2 cm 80% effaced for 4 weeks.

Any where from hours to weeks. My friend was for about two hours. My sister was for 8 days.
