Do you know how to stimulate the breast to have one than one let down of milk in a ashort period of time. This would make pumping...and my life a lot easier.

Pump between feedings. It will trick your body into thinking it needs to make more than it does. It might take a couple days for that demand to be met, but keep at it. Also, eating and drinking a lot of fluids helps milk production.

You have one let down, after that the hind milk follows. Its the way the breast works. You can buy a double breast pump if you want to catch the let down on both sides at the same time, or just pump one side, and hand express into a bowl on the other side after let down.

I hold and massage my breasts while I pump. Makes all the difference in the world.
