My husband has a daughter in FL he went down there to get a paternity test and all that done. Now that thats done his daughters mother no longer wants to allow her to come to IL to visit. I was wondering if n e one knew the laws and what the probability is in him being able to get visitation for her in IL where he needs to live.

That's something you need to be asking a judge ... go visit your local courts and they should be able to guide you in the right direction ... good luck ... !

the people i know that have this dilemma usually visit during summer months and alternate the long school breaks ( Easter / Christmas ) however... in most states if the child is 12 years or older and does not want to visit... the judge will not make them.... good luck...
