He didn't have it removed... it met the mole from Cindy Crawford's face. The two moles fell in love, and after much deliberation, Enrique's mole decided to move so it could be closer to Cindy's. It now resides on Cindy Crawford's nose. They're expecting there first freckles this coming fall.
