Well, it's certainly easier if you say it depends on the person. For myself, it's easier to remember rather than to forget. According to the studies, many people have regrets and thoughts unforgotten. On the other hand, if you were to look outside, you'd see many and also on the inside of the house as well. Everything you see you process in your mind and eventually memorize what you saw without you realizing. Therefore, I say it's easier to remember than to forget. A special memory or first love is never forgotten, and many people tend to remember easier than to forget what you can't forget.
