whitch brand do you like and do you use tampons or pads?

Tampons, definitely. I love the lack of mess, the "oh god, what if it's leaking" drama, and although I had bad cramps when I first started my period (years ago), the minute I started using tampons, I never had 'em again.
I buy the Tampax Pearl (not the compact, I don't like the smaller applicator). They're comfortable, never leak, and the applicator is easy to use. Good product.
Beginning and end of the period, I use the Kotex pantyliners, they stick in place (which some other brands just don't seem to do!).

Tampons most of the time. I use Playtex b/c they open like an umbrella. Tampax doesnt open that way, it opes like a fold and leaks. Plus, Playtex has a plastic applicator.
I use Always ultra thin pads sometimes. The regular size with absorbant line really helps. I had my son and obviously bled a lot and that really thin pad was not bulky and did the job with no leaks.
If you use tampons, make sure you are changing regularly and get the right absorbancy for your flow. If you have a light period, use regular. If it is rather heavy, use the Super Absorbancy. Do not wear ones with ultra absobancy or it can hurt you. Read the box for more info on that.

I like to use OB tampons without the applicator and Always pads. I prefer tampons during the day and using pads at night and for the last couple days of my period when it's mostly very light spotting.

Tampons: Tampax Pearl
When I used pads I used the storebrand ultra-thin with wings.

I use the Tampex Pearl and I use the Stayfree Reguar pad. I use the tampons during day and I use the pad during night.

I use pads- Aways. I could have a problem using tampons, so they are my backup for when I go on Vacation & want to go swimming - then I cross my fingers.

playtex tampons. blue box. the plastic applicator is comfortable and when the tampon expands, it expends out instead of elongating. Tampax elongates and that is very uncomfortable. For pads (eww) when necessary (cuz umm I quit diapers YEARS ago)...I use Always Overnights with wings :) keeps ur panties happy

TAMPONS ! - Tampax Compak Pearl. it's basically tampax pearl in a compak size. they are sooo much cleaner and more comfortable. you don't even know it's there! the slender or slimfit ones are the easiest to insert.
pads i use the kotex maxi long ones for overnight.
