I am 5 wks, 5 days Pregnant. I noticed yesterday that it was hard to go #2 and then when it finally went there was bright red blood, and It seemed more like it was around the stool not in it. I took some medimucil yesterday, and this morning when I went again it was kinda sore and then there was blood again- I am not sure what it is. Has anyone had this before- I have already made a Doctors apt for this afternoon- I am just wondering if anyone else has had this or knows what it could be? Thanks and Im sorry if its To much Info!

It is more than likely just blood from your rectum because you are constipated. It is good you are going to see the Dr. But I am pretty sure that is all it is.

Sounds like .. hemorroids , a very common thing when Pregnant ! But def. Check with you doc to be safe ! .. Congrats on the Pregnancy !!

It might be that you have hemmords. Sometimes if it is hard for you to go and you strain or push to hard it might make you bleed. I had that happen when I was pregnant. It shouldn't be that serious but go to the doctor anyways.

It is hemorrids. I had this. It is common in pregnancy and after labor. I got alot of bright red blood and thought what if it isn't comming from there and something is wrong. good luck!

I have not had that happen no, but if you are taking prenatal vitamins then they can really stop you up! it's more than likely from your vitamins but be sure to tell your doc everything when you see him/her.

It's probably nothing serious. (Could be just hemorrhoids, for example.) But it IS your LIFE -- and your baby's! GO TO A DOCTOR ASAP!!!

sounds like you have hemorrhoids but its very common in pregnancy from straining too much but to be sure check it out with your doctor.

you may have a small fissure, or have hemorroids from the constipation. keep on with the metamucil!! and drink plenty of fluids. you're fine.
