I think at least a week or more.
Some ppl, b/f even missing their period, may have sore/tender breasts/nipples, nausea, or more frequent urination. - also up to 2 wks after conception, some women experience implantation bleeding/spotting.
However, if you're *trying* to conceive, don't look for symptoms, b/c trust me, they'll *all* be there, whether you're pregnant or not, b/c you're looking. Wait for your missed period.
Also, whether pregnant or not, you can't rely on the common symptoms to determine pregnancy, b/c some people have none.

Every woman is different. I know someone that didn't find out she was pregnant until her 6 mth when she missed her period. She had no clue she was preggo. I had a friend that knew the very next morning. She knew right away long before her period was even due !! Each pregnancy can be different as well. The above mentioned had 2 previous pregnancies that were found a lot sooner than 6 months. The other had 3 more pregnancies and she found out at a later date !!! So, to each one... a whole new story !!!

You can have symptoms 1dpo As long as the hormone HCG is running through your body you will feel the early effects because your body is not used to high levels of this hormone when you are not pregnant. It is normal to feel exhausted and have sore boobies...You may or may not feel the nausea quite yet but I belive it is possible.
I am 8 weeks, and when I found out I was pregnant I was only 4 weeks I thought Woah I've been feeling crappy for sometime now there is no way I'm only 4 weeks...
Congrats If you are pregnant and I hope everything works out for you!

You're not likely to experience any symptoms whatsoever until at least 10 days after conception, when implantation would have occured. But some women don't have any symptoms until the time of a missed period or later. I had sore/swollen breasts and period-like cramps a few days before I expected my period.

I had symptoms 5dpo during this pregnancy. I couldn't believe it, because I never had any symptoms until at least 3 month pregnant with my last pregnancy.

Its different for everyone but I'd say 4 weeks. You might be nauseous or you might react differently to smells. I knew I was pregnant when someone came up to me after smoking a cigarette and I felt like fainting.

As soon as your hormone start changing enough to effect your body.
Its different with each woman. Generally though, by and large, its the same week you'd be PMSing.
