Why did the insurgents/militias do this do a 5 year old boy?

i would understand if they're attacking police, us troops, iraqi troops, even regluar civilians because they're sunni or shiites....but WHY a 5 year old boy?

The human garbage who set this boy on fire was NO "militant insurgent" as he likely was one of the THOUSANDS of criminally insane jackals Saddam set free days prior to advancing U.S. troop control of Iraq.

Saddam's simple plan to release ALL these incarcerated slugs was, for him, a brilliant plan: doing so would slow down U.S. troop advancements---likely to kill off a few American soliders in the process.

These horrific savage criminals walk free to this day in Iraq--many trying to gain entry into the USA, as many have embraced Al-Queada; it's these people that set a boy on fire for no reason.

Realistically--and sadly, dobuts exist the actual thug who disfigured this child will ever be caught and brought to justice.

why would you understand if they are attacking anyone, no one should be hurt .
as for the little boy they will be punished on judgement day, everyone has to answer for there sins.
