I'm guessing I'd be using 4x4 posts.

The mobile home is around 12x70 feet.
I'd like to use the corrugated metal or plastic (preferably plastic) roofing. Better for weight and cost.

If anyone has links to plans for this or can give me detailed how to info I'd appreciate it.

Go to a home building supply store and look at their temporary garages or corrugated roof shelters. Economical and quickly installed using tubular steel.

My opinion. The deck is relatively light. Strong winds can rip it apart or make it airborne. If yo have a covered deck and attach the cover to the mobile home, you'll lose part of the roof when the deck roof takes flight. The mobile home does not have a rock hard, secure foundation like regular home. It flexes more. You really don't 'attach' a deck to a mobile home. The deck is free standing next to the mobile home and anchored to the ground via post holes, concrete and bolts.
