If you block somebody then they should not be able to get to your area at all. It will say baby gurl is not accepting anyone as a contact or fan at this time.

no--they won't but they will see your question on the answer board. if they are harrassing you enough, they will be silly enuf and create new accounts to harrass you...trust me
