Well, obviously SOMEONE didn't think you looked too bad being that you are pregnant again :-)~

Take it slow, you will get back down to your svelte self again. Its going to take some work and some patience.

Jenny McCarthy weighed over 200lbs after her pregnancy. She admits she simply joined Weight Watchers and it took her almost a year to get her body back.

You just got to be focused, driven and have that will power to change your body.

I joined and have already lost 10lbs and I have only been up there for a total of two weeks. I walk everyday during my hour lunch (I work next door to the mall). And it just fell off.

Make realistic long term goals like losing 2 lbs a week. Eat plenty of veggies, and drink water nonstop!

Good Luck!

Of course do all this AFTER you have this baby. Congratulations BTW!

Well they must have cut you in the stomach... Before I got pregnant I weighed 134 and wore 2-3 in jeans and I after I had my son (he was 4 months) I weighed 147 pounds because I breastfed him and lost a good bit of my weight. As you already know it is hare to try to remove that extra "baby fat" I was weighing 200 pounds when I gave birth to my son so my advice would be to try breastfeeding if you haven't already so good luck on this time around

You need to eat now, you are pregnant again. That tummy issue happens to many woman and can be fixed with diet and exercise sometimes, and other times it is just a part of life.

Think about the tummy tuck when you are done having children. But eating now is so so important.

You can't just fad diet now. Ask your doctor to refer you to a nutritionist that can help you with a diet that is healthy for your baby and you, but will keep you from adding too much excess poundage.

Beyond that, get some exercise. Walk as much as you can and ask your doctor what other exercise may be safe for you.

Finally, understand that once you start having babies, you are never going to get back to that tiny little self you once were. But you can get fit and pretty again and you never have to be obese.
Good luck!
Good luck!

Sorry honey. it is extremely hard if not impossible in most women to get that baby pooch to go away without surgery.
Since you are pregnant again, you need to be focusing on the baby. You can focus on losing the weight again after you have this one. Just try not to gain too much weight this time.

control your weight gain!!! Pregnancy is not a time to gorge on junkfood!! Eat until full, but eat lean meats, lots of fruit and vegis. Yes, indulgethe cravings, but do it sparingly. I was overweight when I started this pregnancy (muck more than you are, by the way) and have gained only 15 lbs at 33 weeks. good luck!!!

Jogging or running sheds pounds quick if you do it constantly. Try to do a lot of cardio to work off the extra pounds. Do some crunches and watch for results

yikes..... well i would definitely suggest you watch what you eat, don't over do it and keep your unhealthy foods to a minimum and stay very active....... i also might suggest you bring this concern to your doctor as he/she would have alot of great suggestions for you. Keep your head up and do your best that's all you can do........
