I have been having problems lately with my blood pressure, so I am starting to know what's good and what's not. When my bottom number is in the 80's, they say that that is fine, but when it goes over 90, that's when they say it's a bit high.

Blood pressure can vary over a wide range. For instance, the top pressure when the heart contracts (systolic) can vary from 90 to 240 mmHg and the bottom pressure when the heart relaxes (diastolic) can vary from 40 to 160 mmHg. The pressure that you report would be considered to be bordering on low. It is only in a tiny minority of people with low blood pressure, ie, readings below 90/60 mmHg, where there is an underlying cause and treatment may be needed. Most people with low blood pressure are extremely lucky because on average they are going to live longer and need to take out a good pension policy! Therefore, unless you are suffering from any untoward symptoms, you would be advised not to worry. However, if this answer does not satisfy you, you should consult your doctor for an explanation of the ranges of blood pressure and his / her opinion of your own pressure.
Hope this helps

Your bottom number is a little high, but not killer bad. What were you doing right before taking your blood pressure? Try sitting for about 5 minutes calmly, and do not talk as your blood pressure is being taken. Do this three times a day and see what your readings are. IMO, your blood pressure isn't bad or dangerous and I think perhaps you may have been active right before taking your blood pressure which would give you a false high reading. I've had high blood pressure my entire life and started on meds when I was 19, and I would love to have your numbers!! I've been as high as 220/145.

Borderline hypertension is a consistent reading of an average of 140/90. But, bear in mind, a lot of that depends on your sex, age, weight, stress levels, and genetic factors. I would say that if you are of average weight and health, then that number is o.k. The bottom number may be a tad high, but if it is a one time deal , then I wouldn't worry about it. Also, take in consideration when you took your reading; did you have a full bladder or were your legs crossed? Acts as simple as those can raise your pressure up a little. Also, did you take it after doing something active? What was your pulse rate? That is an indicator of your reading as well.
If you consistently get a an above average reading, talk to your doctor. He may advise you to start taking your BP for a couple of weeks to get an average of what your normal range is.

It all depends on how you define vampires. Undead, Dracula-type vampires? No. They exist only in fiction. Vampirism as a religion? Exists through the Ordo Strigoi Vii. There are also "roleplayers" and "lifestylers" who dress or act like vampires. There are people who claim that they require blood or energy from people--Sanguinarian or Psi vampires. There are currently studies going on, studying whether this is true or not. It is known that Sanguinarians can consume more than a normal person can of blood with no vomit--and marked differences in personality, energy level and such, have been documented as existing after they feed, the cause of this is not known, however psychosomatic causes have been all but ruled out. The current hypothesis is that it is a genetic quirk, caused by either heredity or mutation, which is double reessive, and what is described as "awakening" occurs when hormones or chemicals in the body activate these dormant genes. Psychic vampires who clam to take energy have been shown to effect energy fields using Kirlian photography.

A normal blood pressure is 120/80 so this is within the normal range. Next time you go to the doctor, you can reassure yourself when he/she checks it. The top number 105 is not that low.

This is a very good BP . The "NORM" is around 120/80 110/70 depending on the trend of the day. Your top # is a little low but not bad. Are you athletic? If you don't have any symptoms ie. dizziness or lightheadedness when getting up from sitting or lying, I wouldn't worry about it.

Your B/P is fine as long as you are not having symptoms of hypotension. Many people, especially athletes have lower blood pressures and heart rates when tested due to their training regimen. Is is a normal adaptation as it allows them to perform longer at the higher heart rate and B/P associated with activity as theirs never gets as high as the average non-athlete. I knew a marathon runner whose resting B/P was 100/75 and pulse 55. She was able to perform and finish in the top groups due to her cardio-vascular fitness.
If you are having symptoms of lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting, etc especially when changing positions (mostly from lying or sitting to standing) called postural hypotension, then see your GP. Otherwise don't worry about a B/P that is slightly lower than the book average. Better below the average than above.

It's on the lower end of normal. If you aren't consistently fainting, it sounds fine. Absolute normal is 120/80.
Blood pressure varies constantly all day long. To get a more accurate reading for yourself, take it at different times and log it. Average it out over a week. Going ABOVE normal is also normal. When we exert ourselves, our blood pressure rises. When we are stressed, it goes up. When we are relaxed, it goes down.
