The vegetables are great however the sauces are a splash plenty. Your occasion: steamed broccoli and carrots with grilled asparagus spears and organization tofu soaking wet in Alfredo sauce? wow. sounds tasty yet no longer sturdy at thinking regarding the waist line. MY Examples: NON VEGAN: exceedingly spiced Cashew chicken over white rice and steamed carrots and broccoli with a sesame oil and soy French dressing. Marinated grilled crimson meat loin roast with Asian pear sauce. Grilled corn and bell peppers, Baked potato. Korean Barbecued crimson meat. OH palms down the perfect meat to soften on your mouth. lol Charbroiled best Rib from angus or kobe. no longer the eating places. VEGAN: Grilled and smoked tofu, Stir Fried garlic peppers onions and White Rice Marinated tofu Sushi with steamed carrot, clean cucumber, pickled radish, seaweed wrap and white rice. Cucumber salad, cucumber avocado cream cheese dip, clean complete wheat crackers and flat bread, humus, refried kidney bean and onion dip. screw it. im goin to McDonalds :o)
