How old / young is he?
In a polite and appropriate adult relationship a BOYFRIEND'S or a Co-worker's physical excited state is not a suitable topic of conversation.
In an employment setting, for him to mention or suggest you "meet his need" would be considered "sexual harrassment", and reason for discipline.
In a dating relationship, a polite and respectful young man would not be discussing this with you.
If a young man has this type of "problem", he would do best to keep his time and physical contact with you short.
Guys (who are not your husband) who have so little self-control as to express their aroused physical state
come across to the female in a disrespectful manner,
as if they were panting-slobbering dogs looking for a place to plant their goods.
Steer clear girl - let him do some maturing for awhile.

I think he is likes you alot and has eyes only for you. He wants to have sex w/ you like a dozen times a day most likely. If your not intimate he wants to be that's for sure. All men, especially young men are walking hard-ons. So if your up to sleeping w/ him ENJOY the perma-rod.
