I am retired now Rebbie but yes sometimes when I was in a blue mood level of efficiency went right down the Swanee.
I went from being the Alpha + female to something like a Delta-. Sad but true.

I would have to say yes my mood does affect me at work. But we all have good days and bad days. So we have to take the good with the bad and go on with life.

⥠It really shouldn't interrfere with my performance at work, but it does. When I'm in a lousy mood [[bored, sick, tired, etc]] then I do less work cuz I'm moving slower. I dont mean for it to happen that way it just does.

yes which is bad at times, but if im at work and a customer makes me mad or upsets my mood then the rest of the day is ugly unless something gets good

Yea,it does affect.Lets say that if i am happy with my relationship love one i feel like i am loving every one in the office even the office boy ,but if i am have dis point in such a mater with her or such fight i heat all even the office boy& i feel like i dont want to work or not in the mode of working i just want to take short leave.

Yep - if i'm not motivated or p*ssed off then i spend my day messing about on yahoo Q&A, only to get more annoyed the next day cause I have too much to do!
