Hi,

I have a wireless ADSL modem and my line goes dead evey day at 9.36 PM.

Any ideas what is causing this. Even my provider doesn't know the answer!

Jane

It has nothing to do with noise. I has been going on for 4 weeks now. Nothing changed so I don't know what is happening.

What kind of equipment setup do you have? Does the phone line go directly from the wall jack into the modem?

When the line goes dead, does the DSL light on the modem begin to blink?

did you get the modem from your ISP? see if they'll replace the modem to make sure its not the modem. if it still does it, it must be the circut. your ISP should be able to have the telco provider look into it

How long does it go out for? does it come back on by itself or do you reboot it?

I would say it's for your internet provider to figure out and you to get a credit back on your account for the problems.
