I have megadeth latest album, i can compare few previols, like rust in peace and peace sells who is buying, this one...I think they are tryiong to get back to old roots. I hope they will make it. i love old megadeth music :)

I listen to all these three ***-kicking bands,but Metallica is my all time favorite.So u want me to compare them,ok!
Well,Megadeth are known for their guitar style and the trade off guitar solos which are amazing.Mustaine's voice is pretty cool,I like his 'snaring' vocal style.
What I love about Slayer are the guitar solos,double bass drumming and of course the vocals.
And last,but not least,my personal favorite-Metallica.What can I tell you?They made history.

Well, I know these 3 bands well so I can be of use.
Metallica's best work comes from Ride the Lightning and Black Album (despite the hate and mainstreamness). St. Anger wasn't a bad album, but it also wasn't a good album.
Megadeth is an under-rated, possibly a better band all around. Their latest album United Abomination is quite decent material, though their best work of course rests on their early days including Rust In Peace.
Slayer's the least favorite of mine lyrically and vocally, but Kerry King nonetheless is a great guitarist.
Anthrax's probably the most under-rated of the big 4 thrash. Have some nice riffs and songs, but may become forgotten as time goes on, which is quite a shame...they've influenced a lot of bands today.
