I have this lump in the middle of my chest. It looks almost like a white head except it is under the skin and it is hard. It also has a strange smell, almost like dorito chips. At first I thought it was a wart but it doesnt look like one.

Sebaceous cyst is a good possibility. The cyst is filled with sebum, not pus. Sebum is the secretion of the sebaceous glands of the skin, a rather waxy substance that develops an odor. Your doctor can lance it relatively painlessly. Sometimes you can express the sebum yourself, but it will re-accumulate.

It sounds like a sebaceous cyst. It is likely full of pus and may need to be lanced by the doctor.

I'd say to pop it with something, or go to the doctor and ask about it. I've never heard of something smelling like that. Sounds pretty nasty.
