Spy Sweeper should remove it... however if spyware is quarantined then it is not active. you may want to take a look at Spy Sweeper tutorial: http://www.2-spyware.com/news/post200.html

Wow... all these "expert" opinions.

Why don't you open the "quarantine" and "remove" them from there?

Or is this program not good enough to have that option?
I don't remember it having one when I ran/tested it back about 4 years ago. It might not though. Check that and remove them from there, reboot, then rescan.

Hope this helps

There's a program called Spyware Doctor that is amazing at removing unwanted spyware. I believe this program is free.

slakatd doesn't have a clue, reformatting is not needed.
spysweeper is ok but not great.
adaware
www.lavasoft.com
spybot s&d
www.safer-networking.org
both are free
get them up todate, reboot and do a full scan
(update weekly or so)

2 ways,
Lavasofts......Adaware
Spybots......Search and Destroy.
But you have to run them once a week, and I suggest you contribute to them to keep them up and running.
Google them for free downloads
