The first thing you will be charged with, is destruction of public property, if the sidewalk got damaged, unless it was the judge you let fly. then it could be more serious.
Honestly, you could be charged with attempted murder, unless he tried to throw you off, and you through him off instead.
There will be a charge though. because you succeeded, and he didn't, even though it may be somethig less, like aggravated battery.
He can be charged for illegal fleight, fleight without a permit,
and probably, littering, or would that be one of your charges?
