Oh, right, it was Gomer, I apologize to Don Knots for comparing his Barney Fife Character to Bush. Bush is so much more like Gomer.

Or maybe he'll just file an appeal like most other people do.

And besides, it wasn't Barney saying, "Citizens arrest! Citizen's arrest!", it was Gomer.

Would Bush go with a court order saying that he has the produce the papers that proves what anyone with commen sense already knows. That depends when do the pigs start flying.

Also Avil when has Bush ever said Executive priviledge when it had nothing to do with national security. He uses more times than I use my oven.

What would Exxon do in this matter?
If you can determine that, you'll be able to predict what Bush will do.
If he tries to pull the executive privilege garbage, its time congress pulls out United States vs Nixon, since clearly it isn't a matter of national security.

President Bush's history has been that of ignoring laws that hamper him, declaring his immunity from all checks to the President's authority and a general disregard for law and order applying to him.

So I assume he will announce that he is not subject to the ruling.

Obey a co-equal branch of government? Pul-eeez!

He'll delay, then when he finally has to product it they'll claim there are "national security secrets" and redact it so only commas and instances of the word "or" are left.
