Lowe's has a very strong solution in a plastic bottle that connects to a garden hose and automatically mixes with you're house water.
At Lowe's it can be found near the driveway sealers. It's specially made to pre-clean driveways of grease and oil residue prior to re-sealing.
It's best to do this job on an overcast day or late afternoon so the sun will not evaporate the soap solution off as quickly. When you spray it on you will see a white foamy residue. Let it stand for five minutes and rinse with clear water

There is a concrete cleaner called TSP. It's rather strong, a powder, mixed in water and you might need a broom brush to put it on.
It's the best. Forget the rest.

Go to the car accessory shop and buy a can of Gunk. You brush it in, leave it for 10 minutes and hose it (and the oil) off.
