just tell him, or ask your parent to write him a note, it won't be the first time for him, I'm sure he's come across this situation before, so there is really not need to feel embarrassed

Hi! Oh hun, don't worry about it! =) At school (mine at least), every single girl HAS to have a note to get out of swimming, so all you have to do is get your mom to write a small note excusing you. There will be no questions asked. Or you can just get out by saying you have very bad cramps or a stomach ache. He should get the hint with the cramps. And he's probably heard it sooo many times, he won't even flinch. I think most of us girls have been in that situation, so you shouldn't worry :) Good luck, hope I helped xx

if you feel shy about telling him go to the school nurse and tell him/her why you don't want to swim they can write you a note for the class. but there is no need to feel shy about this b/c its something all females go through and your teacher male of not knows this and should be understanding. just talk to him away from others and tell him that you don't feel comfortable swimming at this time and if others ask why you aren't swimming just tell them that you don't feel good....

Wow, thats quite a situation. What I would have said to a male teacher is that maybe you have a stomach ache and can't swim? Or tell him that you are have ''female cramps,'' he should probably know what that means. Depending on your age, he will probably let you go home and get what you need for the next day. Hope this helps!

Have you tried using a tampon? They are quite easy after getting used to inserting it a few times. I've used them for the past 20+ years.
You'll just have to tell him. He's a teacher so he should be used to it by now.

1st Have your mom write a note saying that you can not swim because you or sick or something. Or gather up your courge and tell him. Most male teacher are married or at least dating so they know what its like. (well kinda)

ask to speak to him in private, and just tell him... you wont be the first girl to ever've said it to him, and u wont be the last. if your're not comfortable in telling him, then get your parents to write a letter. dont be embarrassed, he wont be, and it's not something he's alwyas gonna remember about you either.
