they are disk in front and drum in back. But they are very sensitive at first and today the back wheels locked up on the slightest touch of the pedal. When they warm up they are smooth and I have no problems. Is this something I should worry about?

I'm a Grand Prix owner,,Had same problem,,,brakes needed bled,,was air in lines,,also make sure the correct amount of fluid is in resevior. As long as a visual inspection of pads & brakes is ok (brakes not worn out) It is just a pain to tolerate,,but not dangerous. Wayne

Well, it is not normal. It could mean that your rear shoes have something on them/in them. Most break specialist places do free inspections. You need to take it in.
