I suppose that only those who are first in any network gain "big" money, all the later adopters are the losers... also "big". Examples: Noni, Amway, Euronet, FLP ...?

Pure Pyramid Schemes (i.e. SCAMs) are illegal in UK, however the likes of AMWAY etc. (known as MLM = Multi-Level Marketting) have 'real' products so manage to avoid the law ..
.. and yes, you are quite right, the only people to profit from a pure Pyramid Scheme are the criminals who set them up and get in first ...
... and to profit from MLM schemes you have to spend ALL your efforts recruiting others to do the selling (and waste zero effort actually selling anything yourself)..
... of course anyone stupid enough to join in gets everything they deserve ...

I am not knocking Noni, Amway, Pre-Paid legal and other MLM marketing. I remember when I was in college almost 9 years ago one of my freinds joined Pre-Paid legal, when he tried to build his team, no one wanted to join, because of course MLM, yeah right. 9 Years later he is the one with the big house and chilling. All I am saying is that MLM is annoying but if you have the desire to network and market, it could be for you. I belive home businesses is going to bring down corporate America in the next 10 to 15 years. Everyone wants to work for themselves.

There are certain ones that have saturated the market, therefore, you would need hundreds of customers to see a decent amount of money, but then you have to deliver to all of them. I've tried many of them over the years. Thank God I found out about direct marketing where I can earn and don't have to sell. From experience, Jennifer
