No I dont, I hate clutter, as you have just said yourself, it would be on my mind alllll the time.
its like my ironing, as soon as its off the line, I have ironed it. nothing worse than stressing about mess, not to mention, when you clean that room , you will feel so much better. go on you can do it, chuck it all away.

I live next door to a landfill, literally. They use my house for backup when the dump is full.
No-one notices the difference when they come to visit. Well, once in a while someone will and say something like, "I love the new decor. Late 1340s Black Plague motif, I believe."

The garage. The garage is a federally declared disaster area. Or should be.
As soon as it stops being so hot and humid, I'm going to declare it my one and only project until it's CLEAN. Clean, I say..yes...spotless, organized, painted, and available to actually (heaven forbid) PARK the car in.

Of course. I keep my front porch nice and tidy for everyone to see and then every part of the house on the other side of the front door is a total tip.
