After spending almost a year here on Yahool! Answers I have seen that different people behave in very different ways. I think that everyone here on YA have a very distinct personality that makes them unique one out of each other.

So I decided to make a personality list base on how different YA users behave here. Now before you ask, this is NOT a scientific study, it is just for fun.

Which personality / mixture of personalities are you?

(1) The Phantom
The Phantom doesn't answer or ask question, doesn't vote, doesn't comment and doesn't care. He is just here to read things from others. It is like he isn't here at all.

(2) The Brainless
Give very short answers like "yes", "no", "You're dumb", " I hate you", "Get a life", "You suck" etc. The brainless is just brainless.

(3) The Paranoid
Ask questions about how WW3 will start soon and tell people to shock pile guns. It is very likey for them to evolve into a despot.

(4) The Apathetic
Ask or answer question ones every few month or even years. They join YA for a long time but only have 2-3 questions or answers. Rarely pick the answer for their own questions and couldn’t care less about levels.

(5) The Busy Bee
They seem to live for YA. Ask and answers tons of questions. If you answer their question they will reply like 10 seconds later. You can’t help but wonder what do they do for a living.

(6) The Despot
Ask controversial political question then blocks everyone that disagrees with them. Sometimes they also send you abusive message. Yet claims to be freedom lovers.
(7) The Friend
Loves to talk about YA users that they admired. When the user that they admired is under attack they will always come to save the day.

(8) The Anarchistic
Talks about how they hate life and hate everyone. Most people don’t care about them.

(10) The Big Month
Tells everyone about their private life as if we are their family. They have lots of fans.

(11) The Haters
Post hatful questions and answers against other races, nations, religions or users with baseless facts, rumors or outright lies. After that they make moronic claims saying how they are not racist. Such claims include: “You've called me racist several times. For God's sake, Chinese isn't a race. How can China claim to have 56 ethnic groups yet be a single race?”, “You are brainwashed so you don’t know what you are saying”, “You've completely lost the ability to think independently because you are a Chinese” etc. It is save to assume they have mental disorder or they smoked too much wheat.

(12) The Snipers
Flag and report questions then get people suspended without them knowing it.

(13) The Fanatics
Send abusive messages to people they don’t like. Ones they got suspended they will just make a new account.

(14) The Peacekeepers
When people are debating he or she will try to break up the fight. But in most cases it just won’t work.

(15) The Knowledgeable

Came here to share what they know. If people don’t disagree, so be it.

Which personality / mixture of personalities are you? Everyone is welcome to answer. If you don’t answer it then thanks for reading.

Edit:

Sorry! I missed out number 9. Here it is:

(9) The Green

Talks about protecting animals, saving the environment, don’t cut down trees and eat lease meat. They are most likely to be 10 year old kids.

Since some of you want some more personalities , I will give you two more.

(16) The Fundamentalist

Religious people that use the name of God to insult or attack other user or anyone that thinks in a way diffent from their be fanatic believes. They post things like: "God hates China!", "Please die a painful death and go to hell." and "It is the jobs for us as the Lord's Believers to destroy you and your so-called 'communism' while there is yet hope for your people's salvation!". The good thing is that only a very few religious people say things like this and most of them are good people.

(17) The Supporters

The Supporters add lots of people as their contects yet rarely post anything themselfs. They also love to give stars to questions.

Awesome question. That deserves a star. I started out as a 1, but got interested in a lot of subjects, so I became a 15. After seeing all the haters here, I figure my life would be a better if I distance myself from them. I'm sure you're familiar with the Chinese proverb, if you're close to ink, you will get dark. So, I'm between a 1 and 15 now, just answering good questions. But sometimes I can't resist talking back to the haters.

You should never get to this question in an interview. This question assumes you're moron or they are. If you haven't established yourself by the time they get to that question, you might as well leave. An interview isn't a questions and answers session. It's a dialogue between two people (sometimes more). These questions exist for those who aren't interested in the position or those who can't establish to others who they are. You don't necessarily have to be the most outgoing person in the world, but you should be selling them you. You should be talking to them like they are people and not like they're a survey. Any of the questions they have should be answered when you engage them in normal conversation. Obviously related to the topic at hand, for the most part. You, the interviewer, the company, the position, etc.

Sorta 4, 5, 14, and 15. I know, I know, 4 & 5 seem to be opposite each other, but I'm like a medium. D: I ask questions, and answer those questions I can, and sometimes I just leave my questions for voting, and I don't care about levels. For questions I ask, I stick around for answers, so I'll reply as soon as possible...
#14, The Peacekeeper, for sometimes when theres an answer thats received bad ratings, for reasons I cannot see, I'll give the thumbs up.
Then I'm like # 15. I only answer when I have something to contribute. :-)

Also, I add contacts sometimes. Not that much. :) But when someone adds *me*, I'm sure to add them back. =D And== I don't really give out stars... unless someone says "Can I have a star? Its my birthday", or a question which really interested me. I mean, REALLY REALLY interested me. D:

Move over, Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung...

This is a pretty good list you compiled...I would have to say that I am #15, "The Knowledgeable"...I only talk about things that I'm aware of (even if I am right or wrong)....If someone asks a question that nobody answers, then I will do the research for them and give them the data I collected....I hate it when people give short and stupid answers (what a waste of Life)...You will notice that people have many Q & A personality types....The reason is because the word "personality" comes from the Latin and Greek word for "Persona", which means "false-face" or "mask"...It basically means that we are a multi-dimensional species with different masks (lol)...

The worse of them all on Q & A (by Far) is The Apathetic...
I have no patience nor Love for them!!!...

Apathy--a psychological term for a state of indifference — where an individual is unresponsive or "indifferent" to aspects of emotional, social, or physical life.

“Science may have found a cure for most evils, but it has found no remedy for the worst of them all--the apathy of human beings.”--quote by Helen Keller (American Author and Educator who was blind and deaf)

7, 10 and 15 more so that one than the others. But i'm totally a mixture of those. I don't speak on family/personal stuff here i don't know folks well enough to share things that right now.

Maybe a combination of #7, #10, #14, #15.

Seems like a lot of work went into compiling all those personality types.

Primarily I am a 7 and a 14. Sometimes I'm a 1 (blush) and sometimes I'm a 5 (I become hyper sometimes).
I WANT to be a 15, but I'm not, much.

Oh, and for sure, I'm a 9.

And what about a category for 'confused'? I'm that a lot.
