I would say that it's abuse of the Report Function by individuals and groups who are intent on eliminating all of those with whom they have a dissagreement. When used properly, the report function can serve a good purpose but it seems that there are SOME peopl who feel that they become exempt from the "rules" becuase "they" feel that their purpose is "just and right". They fail to realize that by circumventing the NORMAL usage of the report function that THEY have BECOME the problem rather than SOLVING it. Vigilanteism in ALL it's forms is immoral and illegal.
