I think i might have it. i know that tittle tube things connect he testies to the rest of the body however, on one side i seem to have more of them and they seem bigger.
ps nothing is wrong with actual testicals and i am 13 years old.

You are too young and first of all you should not think that you have Cancer, etc., Please see your general physician and he will evaluate the position and if needed he will send you to an Oncologist for further treatment.
In my opinion you do not have any cancer and it is just a fat mass and it can be treated easily. Please contact our GP immediately.-

dude, I have the same problem. However, I have had this problem for many years and do not believe this is a sign of testy cancer. Take care
